| Course Description: |
The Transition Course is required for all license renewals after July 1, 2010 to comply with the new "Broker Only" License status in Washington State. To renew any license after July 1, 2010, this course is required IN ADDITION to the required minimum 3 Clock Hour CORE Course and an additional 27 Clock Hours, usually taken in a 30 Clock Hour Course (unless it is your first license renewal and then you will also need the 30 Clock Hour Real Estate Practices Course). |
