The 2012-2013 CORE Course is a required continuing education course for all Licensees to renew their Real Estate broker or Managing Broker License. This course meets the state requirement under WAC 308-124A-790 for renewal. Upon completion of this course you will have covered: Legislative/Legal Updates, Short Sale/Foreclosure, REO/Asset Management, Assistants & Unlicensed Guidlines, Advertising and Topics important to Washington State.
