Washington New Broker License Package

Course package includes all the required courses needed to obtain a real estate broker license in Washington state. The package includes the 60 clock hour Real Estate Fundamentals course and the 30 clock hour Real Estate Practices course. Package also includes study exam questions and materials to help you prepare for the Washington real estate exam.
